Amanda Monier at Paradise Palms Insurance was amazing to work with. My previous insurance had changed without my knowledge and I could no longer afford it. I mentioned it to my employer, and she told me that even though open enrollment was no longer available, I should still reach out to Amanda. I was really stressed about the situation and wasn’t sure what my options were. The same day I emailed Amanda, she called me right away and started helping me figure everything out. She was very attentive and kept in contact through calls and texts, which was really convenient. She helped me get an exception form, which allowed me to enroll through my employer. Most importantly, she took the time to explain all the different insurance plans available to me and helped me find the one that best fit my needs and budget. Thanks to Amanda, I’m now insured again and feel so much less stressed. She truly went the extra mile to help me, and I’m very grateful for her support.
