Lucas provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Insurance can sometimes feel confusing and stressful, but he made everything simple, smooth, and easy to understand.
What impressed me the most was his honesty and attention to detail. He genuinely took the time to help me find the best option instead of rushing the process. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish.
It’s rare to meet someone this dedicated and trustworthy nowadays. I highly recommend Lucas to anyone looking for insurance assistance. Absolutely outstanding service and well deserved 5 stars!

I had requested an insurance quote for a Certificate of Liability Insurance through Yelp and he was the only one that responded within minutes which I find very impressive.
