I had a great experience working with Lucas at Paradise Palms Insurance. I found him through Google when our company, a national event promoter, urgently needed a Certificate of Insurance (COI). I reached out, and Lucas immediately stepped in to help.
He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly flexible. He understood the urgency of our situation and worked quickly to make sure we had what we needed. His communication and willingness to accommodate our timeline made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I had requested an insurance quote for a Certificate of Liability Insurance through Yelp and he was the only one that responded within minutes which I find very impressive.
